Does the Samsonite C-Lite Spinner 55 fit Air Canada's carry-on?

Yes, just. Exactly the limit on at least one side. A bulging pocket would push it over. It's too big for Air Canada's personal item (12 cm too long). On Air Canada's cheapest fare the carry-on costs extra.
